What happens if I dipped fabric in latex for a costume?

I wanted to make a Silent Hill Nurse costume and I wanted to know if I dipped my dress in latex what would happen. Also, I wanted to know could I still age it with hot tea.

That latex would dry a ';fixed'; size. If that was not the exact same size as the dress... Well, things would look really funky. You would be better off buying a latex dress, or some other form of latex clothing...
