Razor blades can actually scratch certain types of glass so I recommend applying rubbing alcohol. You can remove any kind of paint with a razor blade but you MUST keep the window glass wet or it will scratch the glass. Just wet the window with a sponge as though you were going to wash it and then razor scrape it away.

Yeah razor blade. One thing run the edge where paint should stop, cutting the painting. As you peal the paint, it can peal off the steel door if the paint isn't scored there, especially with latex paint.
