How do they make latex rubber gloves?

I mean.....They are never all stuck together and the fingers are always separated perfectly too.

Isnt it mind baffling when you think of everyday objects and how they are made!

Soooo How are Rubber latex gloves made? How do they make latex rubber gloves?
Lots of ceramic hand-shapes on a kind of drive belt. They get dipped in latex then, as the belt moves on, they enter a long furnace where the latex gets vulcanised (heated to cure the rubber). Then they get removed from the hand-shapes. The hand-shapes get cleaned by dipping in various chemicals. Then they get dipped in latex again .... and so it goes on as a continuous process.

There are a few extra stages for flocked kitchen gloves but, basically, it works in much the same way.

Condoms are made the same way - sometimes in the same factories. How do they make latex rubber gloves?
On a rubber glove making machine.
Blow or dip moulding. Rubber is poured and cured into proper mould. Bob's your uncle.
i think they coat the gloves with a thin layer of plastic, and then some powder so its easy to put on and take off. i dont know how they're made tho.
