It's only a spot or two here and there.Is there anyway to remove dried interior latex paint from jeans?
If it's just on the surface-- I'd try the back of a knife blade, scraped over the spot while it's dry tho, first-- If that doesn't do most of it-- or even it it does-- then some tough cleaner without bleach and an old toothbrush.

somebody who hasn't tried to clean paint off.... if the most of it's off-- the remainder might just wash out...
old clothes to paint next time! amazing how far it can splatter...
