Is there a latex or synthetic based substance than stays liquid when sealed and solidifies when exposed to air

(i.e. goes rubbery), all at room temperature? Is there a latex or synthetic based substance than stays liquid when sealed and solidifies when exposed to air
As a contractor we use NP1 that is a grey caulk that when cures is VERY rubbery and incredibly flexible. We use it because when you want something to seal and stay put it does the job. Just dont get it on your clothes or skin. Hard to remove once dried.

Probably not in your local hardware store! This is industrial grade stuff. The beauty of this stuff is when done with it, I just squeeze a little bit out the end and let it dry. When I use it again I pull on the it and the dried stuff stretches til it pops out.

Stretches quite a bit before it will break or let go.Is there a latex or synthetic based substance than stays liquid when sealed and solidifies when exposed to air
