Latex is rubber. Perhaps you're not searching for rubber, or your search didn't include latex fabric? There are also other workable options, such as wet-look spandex or pleather.





In either case, I found a UK provider and a US provider of latex fabric. Also a blog on how to construct latex clothing and other items.
This web site sells latex and latex adhesive in case you're trying to do a no-sew costume. There is a review for the latex, and i always suggest that you read reviews before buying. Happy Haunting!
