What is the best way to cut a latex mattress?

I have a queen sized sheet of latex foam (talalay process, I think) and want to cut it to full size. What is the best way to do this and get the most clean cut?What is the best way to cut a latex mattress?

If you don't have the electric knife, use a straight board and press down hard on the foam and cut with a sharp utility knife along the edge of the board.
